Total Extent of the Farm is 80 He.

We are planted 12000 Rathnagiri Alphonse Mango and 3000 chowghate orange Dwarf Tender Coconut seedlings. (all are exportable-fresh mango, mango pulp and tender coconut water)

For 100% water harvesting we laid down the strict contour bunds and check dams fully and also we established “SNV Trench-Slab” water harvesting model for coconut trees.

For the best further management, 24 km's of road are laid inside the farm.

All plants are having 100% drip irrigation system.

We practice 100% Organic Farming.

Already we got the certificates from “Control Union Certifications” such as organic practitioner and producer from the year 2000 onwards(every year)

Subsidiary farming activities are Heifer Calf Unit, Stall Feed Goat Unit, Hives (Honey Production) Unit, and Coir pith Compost Unit& Bio Fertilizer Unit.

We are having the setup of SPV Motor Pumps sets and gobar gas plants.

3000 Trees such as Neem are Planted at boundaries spread over 9km’s and it act as windbreaks.

We erected Barbed wire fencing and live fence also.

Due to the above activities there has been lot of works opportunities for the surrounding village farming laborers.

16 laborers quarters are constructed in RCC with individual bathrooms.

Soil, water and Environments are tested by scientifically and use without any damage and pollution.

It is one of the Modern& Model Farm and it may boost to others to do something in Agricultural activities.

We are practicing clean energy production technology like solar energy production and bio gas plant.

We are maintaining bio-diversity register in the way of conserving the natural vegetation in an in situ manner.

We are in the process of converting bio, mechanical fencing to a bee pasturage fence by the way of training honey yielding creepers (Mainly Antegonan leptopus)for 8km’s.

We are having well established Bio-Tech lab(for the production of Bio-fertilizers).

We are having our own cold storage(30 tonnes capacity).
